"The Nelson Congregational Church youth group not only loves helping our own community but extends our helping hands to many other places as well. We are always meeting new friends along the way! In the past couple of years we have been on week-long trips to H.O.M.E. in Maine and to Rhode Island to help out in shelters, community gardens, and food pantries. We often go to our local soup kitchens and shelters to volunteer and donate what is most needed. Our doors are always open for new youth willing to volunteer with the faithfulness of God in their minds. You can always find a friendly smile and some good company within our doors."
